ClaRET is a spin-off company from the Institute of Informatics and Telecommunications, National Centre for Scientific Research Demokritos positioning itself to play a role in creating serious, training, educational games and immersive tourism products. The company targets three markets: video games, simulation-based learning, and Immersive Tourism, for which the growth forecasting for the next three years is really encouraging. In particular, Immersive Tourism is an emerging market that is based on advanced 3D graphics, simulation and animation technologies and an ecosystem of a wide range of stakeholders to secure a holistic, participatory and interactive experience for the participating tourist and/or visitor.
